We source our specialty-grade beans from high-elevation estates where the harsh conditions force the coffee cherries to develop a dense, resilient structure. Our roasting process is a disciplined "Small-Batch" craft utilizing precision thermal mapping to eliminate the acidic "noise" of industrial coffee while unlocking deep, powerful notes of dark cacao, toasted cedar, and black cherry.
